YOUR ROLE IN THIS ELECTION
Democracy works because there is a “social contract” between those who are elected and those who serve. It begins with my pledge as a candidate to work hard and represent you with integrity. It can only continue with your ACTIVE support by:

Educating yourself and others on the candidates and the issues;
Contributing some of your personal resources, either as a volunteer or as a financial donor, or both;

VOTING by November 3, 2009
Aurora is a home-rule city, so I can accept personal checks, company or corporate checks, and cash. There is a limit of up to $25,000 per contributor.

Soon I will be knocking on neighbor’s doors to talk with them about issues that affect us in Ward III. The campaign must raise $3000 for print literature by September 30th. Your contribution of $50 will help pay for 300 pieces of literature. Please send your check today.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Arapahoe County will have only mail in (paper) ballots this year. If you are not yet a registered voter, the deadline to register is Monday, October 5, 2009. Please click on the following link to the Arapahoe County web site to print your voter application: www.co.arapahoe.co.us
